An exciting opportunity has arisen within Hammersmith & Fulham Children’s Services for passionate and committed Social Workers to join our Contact and Assessment (CAS) and Family Support & Child Protection (FSCP) teams. We welcome applications from experienced practitioners as well as Newly Qualified Social Workers with statutory placement experience. What You’ll Be Doing
As a Social Worker in H&F, you will play a vital role in safeguarding and supporting children, young people and their families. You will:
•    Build strong, relational working partnerships with families
•    Complete high quality assessments and provide effective interventions
•    Ensure children’s voices are heard and central to your practice
•    Work in a fast paced, supportive environment that encourages learning, growth and creativity
