 The Resident Experience and Access Programme is the council’s biggest digital transformation programme it has ever undertaken, and will transform the way residents interact with the council as well as building on the council’s commitment to being Ruthlessly Financially Efficient and doing things with residents, not to residents. In this role you will lead on making sure all the new ways of working are accessible and inclusive.

 

The REAP Programme Support Officer will be a member of the REAP Support Team. This role will provide specialist expertise in project planning and use of project management tools and software to support the effective management of projects, risk and benefits tracking. The post holder will be expected to demonstrate a methodical and structured approach, familiarity with project disciplines and the ability to negotiate and positively influence decisions to ensure projects deliver the expected benefits and outcomes on time and to quality and budget. The successful candidate will have the ability to gather requirements, analyse and present data to assist in the overall decision-making process is key.
