The successful candidate will be supporting the Administrative Officers to issue firearms, shotgun and explosive licences to people within the Hampshire and Isle of Wight region. You will be responsible for checking the applications we receive to ensure that we have all the information we require to process the application and where it is missing you will contact the applicants to obtain it. You will also track and amend any changes of address we receive from licence holders as well as responding or signposting queries we receive and preparing the banking in respect of monies received in payment for the licences issued.

Essential Qualifications
Educated to QCF Level 2 (3 to 5 GCSE to include Maths and English) OR work experience deemed to have brought the post holder to a comparable level.
