Job Purpose

 

 

Our Team is looking for you!

The successsful candidate will  provide administrative assistance to the Neighbourhood Watch co-ordinator.

 

Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  1. To assist in administrating the force database for Neighbourhood Watch
  2. To undertake clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, dealing with telephone enquiries, updating records and filing systems and maintaining diaries.
  3. To liaise with Neighbourhood Watch co-ordinators where appropriate
  4. To diarise agenda items for County and Regional meetings.
  5. To research Home Office and Crime Prevention Sites for information.
