Salary: Scale 4 - £26,106 - £28,653 per annum

 

Hours: 37 hours per week

 

Contract: Permanent

We are looking for someone to join the Criminal Justice Command Team which covers Custody Centres, the Criminal Justice Unit, Victims Lead, Forensic Services and Investigation Standards. In this role you will be providing essential administrative and operational support to members of the Leadership team by managing calendars, scheduling Board meetings and Senior Leadership meetings as well as putting together agendas, collating papers, taking minutes and cascading information as required. You will also be making travel arrangements and arranging accommodation for members the team as required.

Essential Qualifications

Educated to QCF Level 2 (3-5 passes including English and Mathematics) OR work experience deemed to have brought the postholder to a comparable level.  RSA II in Typing/Word Processing

Essential Experience

Extensive secretarial or administrative experience in a office environment

 

Substantial experience of typing/word processing and proficient in document layout

 

Computer literate - experienced in the production and use of Microsoft Office software - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
