We are currently looking for PCSOs all over Hampshire and start dates for new applicants will be approximately early 2025.

Salary and Other Benefits

 

You will join us on a starting salary of £24,921, together with additional weekend enhancement and shift allowance payments of potentially around £4800 per annum (depending on your shift pattern), which is payable after the initial training period.

We are pleased to offer this programme as an Apprenticeship and you will obtain a Level 4 diploma in Community Policing Practice within the first 12 Months of your PCSO role.

  • Educated to QCF Level 2 (GCSE at grade A*-C or 4-9 or equivalent) passes in English and Mathematics. 
  • Desirable: Full Manual Driving Licence
  • Competence in basic office IT
