The Stephen Wiltshire Centre provide Short Breaks to children with disabilities and complex needs in London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.  We provide after school sessions, weekend Short Breaks and Holiday Provision for children and young people aged 8-18 with a range of needs. We also provide Outreach in the Community for some children, as part of their Short Breaks packages. 

 

We are currently recruiting to the following post:

Short Break Delivery Team Leader (1 post) - The Team Leader will be based at the Stephen Wilshire Centre, co-ordiating the delivery of Short Breaks for children, supporting their transition into the service and ensuring that their outcomes are being met in the provision of their Short Breaks.  The Team Leader will also ensure the standards set by OFSTED and the CQC are maintained through delivery of the service. The Team Leader will also manage a number of Delivery Team Workers and ensure good practice is delivered across the service.
