Mental Health Partnerships Coordinator – Are you who we are looking for?

We are recruiting for a partnerships coordinator within our mental health team to help provide strategic intentions and direction to our force and tactical advice to practitioners.  We are looking for a professional and articulate person who will represent the force at all levels, also able to hold challenging conversations with people inside and outside our organisation. 

You will need to be a problem solver, be able to work by yourself autonomously, managing your diary & visiting different places across Hampshire and Isle of Wight.  We require someone who is able to interact with other police forces, local authorities and the NHS, being able to tailor your language to suite the intended audience.

We are looking for someone who is happy working with data by interrogating our force systems and presenting them in a meaningful way. 

Even though you will not be leading on training, you will need to be happy contributing and delivering inputs to an array of audience, internally and externally.

Ideally you will know the best practice and law in this area of business but please do not worry if you do not, as full training will be provided. 

There are extra responsibilities as you will act as the deputy Mental Health Lead and attend regional meetings when required.

In addition to your day-to-day duties, you will be line managing and supervising two team members as part of the role.   

Full training and CPD is provided within the role.
