Assistant HR Advisor (Resourcing, Skills & Development) – HC616334

 

Location: Remote working with one day per week required at Strategic Headquarters, Eastleigh

Salary: Scale 5, £27,789.00 – £29,874.00

Hours: 37.00 hours per week

Contract: Temporary (12 months)

What is the role all about?

 

Our Resourcing, Skills and Development Team are looking to recruit an Assistant HR Advisor on a 12-month fixed term contract. This vacancy is an exciting opportunity to be involved in the launch of a new Personal Development Record (PDR) system and Power App. 

 

You will take ownership of the project and be the first point of contact for it. This will include handling enquiries, maintaining the digital PDR system, quality assurance, running reports, refreshing comms and maintaining intranet pages and guidance.

 

This is a hybrid working role, with the requirement to attend the office , at Strategic Headquarters in Eastleigh, at least one day per week.

What do we need from you?

 

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about making a difference. Someone with customer service experience and good IT skills. We need you to be able to work well within a team and also have the confidence to manage you own time and workload whilst working remotely.

 

A HR / L&D background is not essential for this role, however, you must be willing to learn and work within the HR/PDR process guidance.
