The Role:

As a Culture & Employee Experience Officer, you’ll make a meaningful impact on the lives of our 2,500+ staff members, helping Westminster City Council to improve life for our residents, businesses, and visitors. We’ll rely on you to support our teams, helping everyone maximise their talents and grow their potential.


Working within the Culture & Employee Experience team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the Council to coordinate and deliver a range of key programmes. This includes everything from induction and Diversity & Inclusion initiatives to Learning & Development activities, staff engagement, communication, and early careers programmes.

About You:

You’ll need experience in organisational development, learning and development or a related field.


You’ll have a proven track record of providing high-quality administrative support, customer service and meeting coordination.


In terms of skills, you’ll be an effective project manager and administrator who can communicate with all kinds of people. You’ll also have solid IT literacy and excellent organisational skills.


You should also hold a relevant recognised professional qualification or have the equivalent experience.
