Salary range: £24,702 - £26,873 per annum

Work location: Wallingford Community Support Service, Wallingford 

Hours per week:  37 – part-time and full-time positions available 

Contract type: Permanent

Vetting requirements: This role is subject to a Criminal Records Check

We are recruiting for 2 Full-time Support Workers based at our Community Support Service in Wallingford

About us

 

Our Community Support Service provides support to adults with learning disabilities, age related health needs, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions.  We provide support to people both in the Wallingford Service and in the Community. 

About the role

 

You will be supporting adults with assessed social care needs. This is a frontline role where you will be providing high quality meaningful activities. The role encapsulates medication administration, personal care, assistance with eating and drinking, driving Oxfordshire County Council vehicles and much more! You will be supporting people to promote their choices, empowerment, and inclusion.

About you

 

We are looking for a kind, reliable, organised, and caring individual. It is important you can work as part of a team, and use your initiative and flexibility to support people to grow and achieve their desired goals. You will need to be a driver and prepared to drive minibuses. Previous experience is desirable but not essential.
