Our culture of flexible working means you have more choice in how and where you work. Where the role allows, you can operate from any of our sites across Oxfordshire, and some jobs have the option to work from home. We are committed to staff wellbeing and helping our employees achieve a healthy work-life balance is important to us.

Better work life balance
We have a progressive attitude towards the time you spend at work. Some staff work flexitime to suit their needs outside of the office, others choose to work extra hours over a two week period so they can take a day off (a nine day fortnight).

In addition to between 24 and 32 days annual leave, our family friendly policies ensure we support those people balancing work with caring responsibilities.

Competitive rates of pay and 20% contribution to your pension
We evaluate our jobs to ensure we pay fairly and competitively. We also offer membership of an excellent pension scheme. On top of your salary, we contribute an additional sum of up to 20% of your pay into your retirement savings. 

Up to £8,000 relocation expenses
We want to make applying to work with us about the job, not all the ‘ifs’ and ‘buts’ about relocation and affordability. That’s why some job roles – such as social work roles – are eligible for relocation expenses.
