Salary range: £53,699 – £56,805 per annum

Work location: 3 opportunities across 4 brand new homes! Our existing homes are proudly rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted!

  • Home 1 - Chinnor, east Oxfordshire (Small Home)
  • Home 2 - Sutton, west Oxfordshire (Small Home)
  • Home 3 - Enstone, north Oxfordshire (Mid/Long-Term Home)
  • Home 4 - East Hagbourne, south Oxfordshire (Mid/Long-Term Home)

Hours per week: 37 per week Sleep in (if required in extreme circumstances). Participation in the Managers On Call rota

Contract type: Permanent

Vetting requirements: 

  • This role is subject to a Criminal Records Check.   
  • This post is subject to the Childcare (Disqualification) Regulations 2009 and successful candidates will be required to complete a Disqualification Form.

About the role

 

Partnering with The Residential and Edge of Care Service, you will work with the most vulnerable children and families, including those on the edge of care, within the Children We Care For system and those preparing for independence.

 

This is an amazing opportunity to join us to deliver integrated and individualised interventions to promote the best outcomes for children and their families.

 

 

About you

 

As an enthusiastic and highly motivated Registered Manager, you will have:

  • within the last 5 years, worked for at least 2 years in a position relevant to the residential care of children.
  • worked for at least one year in a role requiring the supervision and management of staff working in a care role.
  • Knowledge of managing residential children’s homes.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
