Salary range: Soulbury IA10 point 07 - £44,758 FTE (Actual salary £26,854.80 per annum) 

Work location: Abbey House, Abingdon (Agile and hybrid working)

Hours per week: 22.2 (60%)

Contract type: Permanent 

Vetting requirements: 

 

  • This role is subject to a Criminal Records Check.  
  • This post is subject to the Childcare (Disqualification) Regulations 2009 and successful candidates will be required to complete a Disqualification Form.

Early Years Caseworker.

 

Oxfordshire Virtual School for Children We Care For and Care Leavers, are looking for an experienced individual who can help us to drive excellent educational outcomes for our youngest children.

 

We are looking for an inspirational Early Years teacher who has a passion for raising aspiration and expectations and will work tirelessly alongside professionals and young people to make things happen.

 

 

About you and the role

 

You will need to have proven experience of raising attainment for vulnerable pupils, including those with special educational needs and English as a second language. The successful candidate will have responsibility to ensure that every learner has an up to date, robust and effective Personal Education Plan that targets learning and progress.

 

This is an exciting, challenging and rewarding post requiring liaison with School Senior Leadership Teams, Social Workers, professional networks and young people directly.
