The Role:
Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about driving value through effective contract management? We’re looking for an ICT Contracts Manager to take responsibility for the end-to-end lifecycle of our ICT contracts, ensuring they are well-governed, compliant, and deliver strong outcomes for the Service.
In this vital role, you will:
- Maintain our contract management system.
- Oversee renewals, support procurement activity.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, accessible, and audit ready.
- Work closely with colleagues across procurement, legal, technical teams, and the ICT Management Board, acting as a trusted adviser on contractual, supplier, and compliance matters.
- Build productive relationships with key vendors, monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Support supplier review meetings and help drive continuous improvement in contract and supplier management.
We’re seeking someone with an eye for detail, strong communication skills and experience navigating legislation, procurement regulations, and organisational policy. If you enjoy coordinating complex information, managing risk and ensuring value-for-money outcomes, we’d love to hear from you.
