In making these changes, our social workers have the capacity they need to make a fundamental difference to children and families, whilst enjoying a good work- life balance.

This is a hugely exciting time to join Hampshire County Council, as we’re investing £6.5 million into training, resourcing and facilities to help drive these changes. As a result, we will be able to provide Hampshire’s vulnerable young people with a team of fulfilled, highly trained and skilled social workers able to provide the very highest standards of care.
