The Role:

As a Property Performance Analyst you can make your own powerful contribution to Westminster’s success. Operating the existing systems for generating and reporting management information, including reports on contractual KPIs, targets and dashboards, you’ll work closely with colleagues in IT, Asset Strategy and other teams to promote continuous improvement by identifying insights, gaps and shortcomings in the data we use to manage our service.

Key to your success will be your ability to develop performance reports in response to changing priorities and requests from our contract managers and the business intelligence function. This will include interrogating multiple sources of data, and developing and maintaining a comprehensive record of the sources of data available on all our IT systems and databases. We’ll also expect you to operate systems for auditing and reporting the accuracy of the data generated by our teams, and develop and manage a comprehensive audit cycle.

You’ll have a number of additional responsibilities, including the review, preparation and development of process maps and procedures for all activities. You should also be ready to promote and follow our equalities framework policy, understand the benefits of equity and diversity, and work in accordance with all the relevant health and safety requirements.

Please refer to the Job Description for more information.

About You:

To be a success in this role you’ll have well developed experience of designing and delivering complex performance reports and be capable of working with SQL to analyse the complex databases we use to manage housing performance. We’ll also expect you to be an experienced project manager and understand the use of various forms of contract within a repairs and maintenance setting.

Your excellent written and verbal communication skills will allow you to produce concise and easily understood reports and responses to any complaints we receive, and you should also be capable of producing operating processes, controlled documentation and work flow charts.

In addition to these skills and experience, it would be highly desirable if you have a strong background and experience of working in housing.
