The Housing IT team have completely transformed the technology used by the council’s Housing department.  After a four-year programme, the new systems are in and being shaped for great services. Capita One Housing is at the core of this and we need great people to support it.

The Role:

 

Working with a bright, modern and energetic team of 20+ people, you’ll have the skills and attitude to support the Capita One Housing system that supports over 200 users across a range of housing teams.

 

The system was launched in July 2023 and the service is transitioning to a BAU structure of highly energetic professionals as permanent staff, to maintain and configure the system, and work closely with the team to support users in a tier 2 analyst role.  There are 3 other Housing System Analysts, 4 Support Officers (tier 1) as well as business analysts, trainers and managers.

About You:

 

You’ll have previous experience in supporting a Housing Management System, ideally a Capita system (although not necessary), in a technical capacity.

 

You’ll be skilled in performing routine system administration tasks, as well as diagnosing and resolving incidents and issues to meet service needs.  The excellent analytical and problem-solving skills you have, will be complimented with great teamwork, communication and collaboration methods, to enable the system to perform at its best.
