Salary range: £35,745 - £38,223 per annum

Work location: Kingsgate, Cascade Way Oxford

Hours per week: 37 - we are open to discussions about flexible working  

Contract type: Permanent

Oxfordshire Pension Fund provides the administration of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) on behalf of Oxfordshire County Council and over 350 other employers, and also administers the Firefighters Pension Scheme. We are a large friendly team working in a busy environment and have an exciting new position to support the development of our new and existing staff.

 

 

About the role

 

The role will be responsible for all aspects of internal and external training and development of staff, keeping up to date with regulation changes, ensuring all procedures and documents are up to date and compliant with the latest regulation guidance and processing tax related calculations.


We are open to flexible working on a hybrid basis, you will be required to attend the office to meet the needs of the role.

 

 

About you

 

You will have at least 5 years' experience working in the LGPS, have good knowledge and understanding of the LGPS regulations and pension related tax rules and have excellent organisation and communication skills, ideally with experience in delivering training or presentations, but this is not essential.
