Salary range: £11,620.72 per annum; on completion of probationary period rising to £12,179.30 per annum; then rising to £17,842 pa on completion of 12-months employment

Work location:  Banbury Children & Family Centre/ Nash Court Cowley Oxford

Hours per week: 37 

Contract type: Temporary for 18 months 

Closing date:  Sunday 17th October 2021

ICT Testing: Friday 22nd October 2021

Interview date: Week commencing 25th October 2021

Children’s Social Care have two Customer Service Apprenticeships- one located at the Banbury Children & Family Centre and one at Nash Court Cowley Oxfordshire County Council.

These positions are for;

 

The Family Support Plus Service Banbury - We are a family-focused service determined to improve outcomes for the child, we aim to provide the right support at the right time to help children and families overcome their difficulties.

 

The ATV Team Oxford- Adopt Thames Valley is a regional adoption agency (RAA). We are a partnership of seven local authorities and one voluntary adoption agency across Berkshire, Oxfordshire and the Swindon area, working together to recruit and support a range of adopters, and find forever families for children both locally in our care and nationally

 

If you are looking for the opportunity to develop your communication and business administration skills, in a supportive environment with the opportunity to earn whilst you obtain a qualification and are looking for a career in business administration this may be the opportunity that you are looking for.

 

An apprenticeship is a trainee role designed for an individual who has little or no previous work experience in a similar job. As a trainee member of the team you will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to develop your administration and communication skills, supporting both the offices and the wider service.

This program includes on the job training with ‘buddy ‘support, Functional Skills tuition, dedicated classroom learning at Abingdon or Witney College and on the job training.

 

We will develop your knowledge, skills and expertise in a number of ways, which will become the main focus of your role.
