The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated and talented education professional to join our team in this key senior management position within the Hampshire Achieves service, supporting our curriculum delivery teams through this role as Programme Manager.

Hampshire Achieves is part of the Participation & Lifelong Learning service, within Hampshire County Council’s Children’s Services Directorate. 

This senior management position holds the responsibility for the delivery, growth and development of our Adult Tailored Learning provision, our full cost offers and any emerging adult skills programmes. In addition, you will lead on Hampshire Achieves quality improvement activities and processes to achieve sustainable change. You will be responsible for managing multiple funding streams and will have prior senior management experience in a similar role.
