The IT Service Manager's team are the ambassador of IT services delivered across our Directorates. The role leads a team of high-performing Service Managers that work with senior stakeholders in delivering a stable, secure and resilient technology service. This is a demanding and challenging role which will require commitment, enthusiasm, and skill to drive forward and lead service excellence.

You will need to demonstrate considerable experience in a leadership role, along with an excellent collaborative service delivery record, with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.

Hampshire County Council operate a hybrid working model which allows flexibility for staff to work some days in the office and others at home, depending on work commitments. The expectation is that all employees work from their home office at least one day a week. Our IT Hub is based in the City of Winchester.
