The Role:

Are you passionate about transforming the lives of young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in Hampshire? Do you want to lead developments in the post-16 sector?

 

Hampshire County Council seeks an experienced Development Manager to improve outcomes for SEND young people, focusing on progression to employment. You'll work with internal and external partners to create post-16 places that meet the needs of all SEND young people.

 

You will champion young people with SEND, leveraging your project management and partnership skills to lead and deliver these initiatives. Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills are essential, along with extensive experience in the education and training sectors, including SEND knowledge.
