The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated and talented careers and/or participation professional to join our team in this key management position within the Hampshire Futures service, running our statutory NEET (Not in Education, Employment and Training) duties and careers delivery through this role as Development Manager.

Hampshire Futures is part of the Participation & Lifelong Learning service, within Hampshire County Council’s Children’s Services Directorate. 

This key management position holds the responsibility for fulfilling the Council’s statutory duties in relation to tracking, monitoring and supporting those at risk of becoming NEET and those who become NEET. You will be responsible for managing a large team of staff and will have prior management experience in a similar role. This post is offered on a permanent basis.
