Salary Range: £38,092 - £59,633 per annum (Dependent on experience and role)
Work Location: Three Minsters House, Winchester (Hybrid working)
Hours per week: 37
Contract Type: Permanent

The Role:

Based in Winchester, Hampshire County Council’s Property Services is a pioneering public service practice with a national reputation. We are a thriving multi-disciplinary office with an ever-increasing portfolio of exciting and varied projects.

 

Hampshire County Council has an impressive client base within its specialist sectors and are looking to recruit to the Cost Management team from Project Surveyor to Principal (Associate) Surveyor level.

 

Working alongside a highly experienced and capable team out of the Winchester office. The successful candidate will undertake both Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying services on projects and programmes of work, directing staff and project teams with your experience and expertise to deliver appropriate solutions.
