The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Coroner’s Officer to act on behalf, and in support of, the Coroner by performing investigative and administrative tasks in connection with the occurrence of sudden and reportable deaths within the Coroner’s area.
To be part of our team, and able to deliver this key role, you will need to be confident in dealing sensitively and professionally with people, and in particular those who are vulnerable and/or distressed. You will need to liaise with bereaved families, police, medical personnel and other internal and external agencies as required.
You will be able to demonstrate the capability to produce accurate work, paying meticulous attention to detail and you will also be able to clearly evidence excellent organisational and time management skills.
