Join our diverse and dynamic Adults’ Health and Care Brokerage Team as a Brokerage Officer and support our fast-paced and continuously evolving service. Our team, part of the wider Brokerage and Billing Team, is responsible for sourcing and securing domiciliary care services on behalf of our community teams for Older Persons and Physical Disability service users with eligible social care needs.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with operational services providers and service users to identify, source, and establish effective live-in and domiciliary care packages for Hampshire County Council clients.
- Engage daily with a wide range of stakeholders including operational teams, acute hospitals, care providers, and clients/representatives.
- Use your previous experience in purchasing, sourcing, or financial management to support the brokerage process.
- Data collection, analysis, and reporting, with effective use of digital tools to collate and present data when required.
- Apply your person-centred approach to place real value in customer service and strive to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults.

- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with various stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a fast-paced and continuously evolving service.
