Children’s Services is looking for an enthusiastic assistant team manager who will take a leading role in the operational management of Fostering Support Teams. 


As an Assistant Team Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving and embedding our strength-based principles, supporting the supervising social workers to support their foster carers. Hives.


You will apply your experience of working with foster carers to create and sustain effective support for foster carers.
