Salary Range: £25,628 to £28,326 pro-rata, per annum (actual salary £12,813 to £14,163 per annum)

The Role:

Are you looking for a role where your organisational and data skills make a difference to how we support adoptive families and young people? 

This role is with Adopt South, the partnership Regional Adoption Agency for Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Portsmouth, and Southampton local authorities, with the lead authority Hampshire County Council as the employer.

You will be responsible for organising data and managing information to ensure our datasets are up to date and accurate. You will create, track, and update spreadsheets to monitor the timeliness of our service delivery and the delivery of therapeutic support packages. Reporting will include preparing insights on performance for senior managers and the Adoption Support Team. You will support the team in co-ordinating therapeutic support packages to include maintaining accurate records, monitoring funding applications, scheduling review dates and liaising with therapy providers as required.

This exciting new position within our Adoption Support Team, requires a highly organised and self-motivated individual with an eye for detail. A team player who can work in a busy environment, you are confident using your own initiative when required, and have excellent IT and communication skills.

Travel Requirements:

You may be required to visit other locations within Hampshire (and the Isle of Wight or other local authority), and therefore need to have the ability to travel, as necessary.
