We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate person to join our team at Swanwick Lodge; a secure children’s home situated close to the M27 for an easy commute from Portsmouth or Southampton. Some of the hours can be flexible however Monday and Fridays cover will be needed from 4pm – 8:30pm each week, the other hours will be agreed to suit both parties up to a maximum of 18 contracted hours per week.
- You will provide a courteous and professional, front-line service to staff, professional visitors, and members of the public; both in person and over the telephone.
- You will ensure the secure movement of staff, visitors, and children around the unit via internal security systems.
- You will maintain accurate records and provide general administrative assistance.
A good level of English and competent IT skills is essential; all training necessary for you to fulfil the role will be provided.
