Job Details:

Salary Range: £23,115 - £24,140 per annum, plus Market Supplement of £5,000 per annum and enhancements for unsocial hours, Sundays and Bank Holidays
Work Location: Swanwick Lodge, Southampton - commutable from Winchester, Eastleigh, Portsmouth, Fareham
Hours per week: 37 (on a four week fixed rota)
Contract Type: Permanent

We have an opportunity for you to join our great team as a Night Care Officer.


We are looking for dedicated and compassionate staff to join our workforce at Swanwick Lodge, a secure children’s home in the heart of Hampshire. Swanwick Lodge accommodates 10 children aged 11-17 who have been placed in a secure residential setting for their own safety and wellbeing. We provide full care, education and healthcare for children.
 

You will work as part of a diverse team, and your focus will be to monitor and provide care during the night for children, many of whom with complex care needs, to ensure their health, safety and wellbeing.
 

No formal qualifications are required; you will be provided with the necessary training and support required for the role, as well as opportunities to develop both personal and professional skills.
