We are recruiting a Catering Manager for our visitor centre at River Hamble Country Park. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead the catering team as we take our visitor experience to the next level - think good mood food, freshly baked pastries, and the best flat whites this side of the Hamble.
With previous management experience you will have a successful track record as a hospitality professional. You will have a good understanding of budgets, forecasts, staff rotas, ordering, record keeping and stock control.
A key eye for detail and immaculate personal presentation, you will be someone who is highly organised with excellent communication skills, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.
You will also have the ability to cope in a busy environment, work well under pressure, and deal calmly with unexpected situations; as well as being enthusiastic, self-motivating and demonstrating a passion for great customer service.
