An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Hub Team Manager to join our Specialist Intensive Worker team at Hampshire County Council.

The Role:
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Assistant Team (Hub) Manager to support the operational management of our Specialist Intensive Worker Hub in the South East of the county, covering Havant and Fareham and Gosport areas.
What you’ll do:
As Assistant Team (Hub) Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving and embedding our multi-disciplinary approach. You will be enthusiastic and creative, with commitment to helping turn lives around for the children and families for which our team intensively supports. Most importantly, you will be driven to ensure that children can remain safely at home with their families. You will offer support and coaching to intensive workers and may manage a small caseload of your own.
You will manage and co-lead a team of workers who will be providing intensive support and specialist interventions, including supporting parents who have experienced significant trauma.
