Salary Range: £38,092 - £42,389 pro-rata, per annum plus market supplement of up to £4,500 pro rata per annum

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Out of Hours adults Social Worker who is committed to making a real difference to the lives of vulnerable adults and their families. You will use your experience and apply your professional knowledge to transform outcomes for individuals, relatives, and carers, whilst facilitating effective multi-agency solutions, to protect the most vulnerable adults from harm, neglect, and abuse.

 

With your significant Social Work experience, you’ll have excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to all different kinds of people and the motivation to grow in your role through personal and professional development. You will be determined to make a difference for both the service and the adults who need it. You will know what excellent practice looks like and will be able to improve outcomes for vulnerable adults and their families. Most importantly however, you will have a passion for supporting vulnerable adults and families to ensure that they thrive and flourish.

 

You will be committed to facilitating effective multi-agency solutions to ensure positive and sustainable outcomes. Using best practice, you’ll strive to provide the best outcomes for vulnerable adults of all ages by being able to identify and think outside the box on wider issues having an impact on the client group along with the immediate referral.

 

You will be required to work outside of standard business hours including Bank Holidays, evenings, and weekends. Please note that additional allowances will be paid for nights, Sundays and bank holidays as per agreement with the service. As you will be working with families across a geographical area, you must also be able to meet the travel requirements of the role.
