Salary Range: £25,628 - £28,326 per annum

The Role:

A vacancy has arisen for a workshop technician based in Fareham.  As part of Hampshire Equipment Services, we provide county wide support to people with disabilities in their own homes. We manage a busy and varied workload that includes the construction, installation, maintenance and repair of minor aids and adaptations to ensure that service users can live at home independently.

 

You will have experience and knowledge of operating small workshop machinery, power tools with carpentry experience. You'll be involved in the construction of ramps, steps, chair and bed raisers and other bespoke constructions.  Although this role is workshop based, there may be times where you are required to assist other members of staff out on site.

 

You will receive training and support and will be issued with a uniform and full PPE.
