The Role:

Hampshire Registration Service is an innovative and forward-thinking organisation, currently delivering more than 10,000 birth registrations, 10,750 death registrations, 11,900 notices of marriage / civil partnership (CP) and 6,000 ceremonies each year. 

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join our admin team within one of the largest and busiest Registration Districts in the country. We are seeking to appoint a new Administration Officer to join the team in Fareham, if you have a flexible attitude and enjoy a challenge, we would be keen to hear from you.

 

Duties include line management and supervision of an administration team, effective use of IT systems, problem solving, financial reconciliation, develop and establish administration systems with the service, support business requirements in a very customer focused environment and develop networks of approved contacts, both internal and external, to fulfil the department’s business needs.

 

The post holder will be required to adhere to a strict code of confidentiality, dress professionally, be a team player and also able to work on own initiative and have excellent communication skills.
