Job Details:

Salary Range: £23,115 - £24,140 per annum
Work Location: Bishops Waltham Workshop, Bishops Waltham (to cover at our other workshops in Hook, Micheldever, Petersfield and Totton) 
Hours per week: 37 (Mon to Thurs 8am - 4pm, Fri 8am - 3.30pm)
Contract Type: Permanent

The Role:

Hampshire Transport Management (HTM) provides Hampshire County Council with a fleet management and maintenance service, with a broad fleet of around 850 vehicles.

 

As an Office Administrator for Hampshire Transport Management (HTM), you will be dealing with customers and suppliers, either face to face or by telephone/emails. Your role will also involve checking financial data daily, processing orders, paying and raising of invoices, reception work, raising job cards, dealing with courtesy vehicle admin and other associated office duties. 

 

We are looking for a person who can work within the office of a busy operational vehicle workshop and play a key role in a team environment as well as working on their own initiative.  

 

You should have previous experience in an office environment, having good keyboard skills and knowledge of word, excel and financial work.
