Job Details:

Salary Range: £38,092 - £45,389 pro-rata, per annum (inclusive of £3,000 per annum Market Supplement for Senior Social Workers)
Work Location: Dame Mary Fagan House, Basingstoke or Beech Hurst, Andover (Hybrid Working)
Hours per week: 22 (Basingstoke) or 37 (Andover - part-time hours will be considered)
Contract Type: Permanent

The Role:

Joining our Mental Health Team as a qualified Social Worker, you’ll be innovative, person-centred and committed to working in a strengths-based way. You’ll use your excellent relationship management skills to collaborate and negotiate with individuals, their families, providers and other health care professionals, to proactively encourage independent and safe living within the community.

We have a part-time role based in Basingstoke and a full-time role based in Andover. Due to the number of hours available, we are unable to offer sponsorship for the part-time role in Basingstoke and therefore it is essential that you already have the right to work in the UK before applying. Travel Requirements

You will be required to travel to various locations within Hampshire and the Isle of Wight or other local authority, and it is essential that you have a current drivers’ licence and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis
