Job Details:

Salary Range: £38,092 to £45,389 pro-rata, per annum (inclusive of £3,000 per annum market supplement for Senior Social Workers)        
Work Location: Hybrid working (home and office based), Basingstoke or Andover
Hours per week: 22 or 18.5 
Contract Type: Permanent

The Role:

Joining our Older Adults Team as a Qualified Social Worker, you’ll be innovative, person-centred and committed to working in a strengths-based way. You’ll use your excellent relationship management skills to collaborate and negotiate with individuals, their families, providers and other health care professionals, to proactively encourage independent and safe living within the community.

Our newly qualified Social Workers are paid at £33,951 per annum, pro rata for the first year of employment.

We have one part time position available in Basingstoke (22 hours per week) and one part time position available in Andover (18.5 hours per week). Please specify your preference in your application.
 

Travel Requirements

You will be required to travel to various locations within Hampshire or other local authority, and it is essential that you have a current drivers’ licence and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis.
