You will manage a team of Qualified Social Workers and Support Staff in the Northeast Children in Care Team based in Alton Hampshire, to ensure that children in care receive high quality services and are enabled and encouraged to shape future services. You will be a confident and experienced Manager with sound knowledge of the legislation and practice that underpins child protection and social work and be committed to delivering services and management that are of the highest standard.
