The Role:

 

This role offers a mix of operational management and strategic project work that is truly challenging. We’re constantly looking for ways to respond to referrals more quickly and to rapidly put service users in touch with the right people. You’ll work with our teams to make it happen

 

You’ll join us at a time of change as we continue to integrate health and social services in a tri-borough agreement with Westminster City Council and Hammersmith & Fulham. This means developing new relationships to deliver the Out of Hospital strategy across all three boroughs. We’re also introducing systemic practice into Adult Social Care after a successful roll-out in Children’s Services. This will demand more integrated working across different community settings and services. Through it all, you’ll provide inspirational team leadership, ensuring all social workers are empowered to contribute to service development and to deliver services with compassion and responsibility.

About You:

 

Holding a professional qualification in social work, health or education, you’ll be used to operating at a senior level and will have experience of leading and managing multi-agency teams.  You’ll have a good understanding of legislation, statutory guidance and best practice in social care for adults, and a track-record of successfully translating it into policy and practice. A highly experienced people manager, you’ll be ready to implement large-scale change and reform.
