Working in partnership with our colleagues at Westminster City Council, we champion every individual’s independence, working creatively to give them the means with which to live autonomously in the community. With a focus on safeguarding people from harm, reducing risks and offering choice, we strive to ensure our clients benefit from the most innovative integrated health and social care solutions. As such, our services are well resourced, and we see to it that our people have manageable case-loads – resulting in a dynamic working environment.

The Role:

Push yourself to achieve even more with a team who are keen to continue on their exciting journey of improvement. During the pandemic, our modernisation was catapulted to new heights as we successfully explored the benefits of AI, virtual consultations and digital platforms. The steps we have taken are exceptional, and now we are keen to progress even further. You will be at the forefront of this transformation as you determine our next steps.

As our OT Team Manager, you’ll share our ambition to deliver fully integrated health and social care services. Managing a portfolio of multi-agency services, you will put people at the heart of every decision as you drive the highest standards and ensure our residents are getting optimum value for money. Managing a team of talented OTs, you will put the measures in place to oversee their clinical and professional development, and you will inspire a collective drive for ongoing improvement. From shaping policies through to allocating a £2million budget for home care and community equipment, this is a unique chance to define our future journey and ensure every member of the team is working towards a shared vision.
