An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Estates and Facilities Management team at the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Hampshire.

 

The OPCC provides a link between Hampshire Constabulary and the communities they serve, ensuring the delivery of policing strategy. With an estate of circa 130 properties including police stations and corporate assets, the OPCC owns a diverse, multi-site portfolio which supports the changing needs of modern policing for Hampshire Constabulary and other agencies.

 

You will be responsible for the delivery of the Area Facilities Management Services, providing facilities management and maintenance to ensure that the buildings are well maintained and preventing facility deterioration.

 

You will also be the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the Area for all FM related issues and will be managing a team of facility operatives ensuring an efficient and compliant service is delivered to multiple buildings within the Hampshire Police Estate.

 

With experience in estate services management, you will also have excellent leadership and team management skills and be positive about developing the team through supportive leadership, coaching, good supervision and performance management but also be self-motivated and committed to ongoing personal development.

We are recruiting four Facilities Manager to oversee the 4 geographic areas of the County: North, South, East and West, based in Basingstoke, Netley, Portsmouth and Southampton. Please select your preference on your application.
