Salary Range: £46,140 - £51,445 per annum 
Work Location: Three Minsters House, Winchester (Hybrid working)

The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our friendly and supportive multi-disciplinary Property Services team to lead on the successful delivery of property related projects ranging from major capital new builds, significant refurbishment works and asset rationalisation.

 

Our approach to project management blends the implementation of effective project management tools (risk management, programme planning, reporting & governance) with well-developed people skills including strong communication, relationship building and leadership ability.   

 

The council's Property Services is a multi-disciplinary design, facilities and estate management team who hold considerable expertise in the stewardship of the public estate, delivering work that supports more than 1000 sites and the 1.4m residents across Hampshire.
