Senior Legal Adviser HCC48797

Job Details:

Salary Range: £33,653 - £46,776 per annum (Dependant on Experience)
Work Location: The Castle, Winchester (Team is currently working remotely due to Covid-19 measures)
Hours per week: 37 - part time hours will also be considered
Contract type: Temporary, 12 months (providing cover during maternity leave)

The Role:

Joining our friendly and supportive Lexcel accredited in-house legal team, you will support the Adults Health & Care department on a wide range of adult social care matters including Court of Protection cases.

 

About you 


A dynamic and enthusiastic individual, you will manage a full and varied caseload. You will have recent relevant experience of advising on Adult Social Care law. Experience in Local Government or another public sector organisation is preferred, however this is not essential.


The work we do is highly valued, important, and fundamental to the County Council's corporate priorities, so you will need to be highly resilient and motivated. You will be supported by a strong team with a genuine sense of community.
