You'll have 1 to 1 contact with Governors, school leaders, and Headteachers who seek advice through our contact model (urgent phone calls, a chat function and a mail request form) and provide guidance on any number of school staffing related matters. Other days you'll be working on your own allocated casework. You'll manage your own diary in order to maintain the progress on those issues and make good use of travel to individual schools where appropriate and necessary.
