Job Details:

Salary Range: £33,653 - £46,776 per annum (dependent on experience)
Work Location:Elizabeth II Court, Winchester
Hours per week: 37
Contract Type: Temporary (12 months)

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our IT Project and Programmes team for an IT Project Manager to lead on the delivery of critical projects supporting the council's transformation agenda

 

You will be working with multidisciplinary teams across a range of projects to transform the way we deliver our services to Hampshire Residents. As a Project Manager, you will ideally have experience in delivering IT solutions to a variety of customers; contributing to complex, high profile, time dependent projects to successful delivery. You'll also have strong stakeholder management skills, building and maintaining trust and confidence from your Project Boards.

 

As an excellent communicator, you can demonstrate control of the project delivery through managing project tolerances, utilising project standards and tools to ensure clear governance. You drive high performance within your project team, successfully managing risk and issues, and maintaining control of the project.

 

You are comfortable speaking to both technical and business colleagues and able to understand and interpret complex IT issues for the relevant audience. You are comfortable reporting to senior management / directors.
