The Role:
Information Technology underpins the processes and systems that the County Council uses in the delivery of services to the public and partner organisations. We are looking for an IT Financial Transactions Technician to join our team.
What you’ll do:
As the Financial Transactions Team member, you will support the delivery of the financial transaction function within IT, adhering to the relevant Government legislation and Corporate financial policies & processes.
Your role will support the processing and charging of orders for service, equipment and software including liaising with customers and suppliers.
What we’re looking for:
You will have experience within the relevant IT function and understanding of relevant SAP and ePortal modules.
You will be a strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build positive working relationships at all levels.
You need to be detail‑oriented and able to quickly to learn new technologies.
