The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our Desktop Support Team. This is a varied and rewarding position where you will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of technologies while working in a supportive, high performing team within a large, modern enterprise environment.

What you’ll do:
We are seeking a practical, adaptable team member with a strong willingness to learn. You should be customer-focused and able to build effective relationships at all levels.
Previous experience in a customer-facing IT support role and a good working knowledge of Microsoft technologies is essential.
The team supports a broad range of technologies, including:
• Desktop and mobile hardware
• Android devices
• Windows 11
• Google Flex
• Microsoft 365
• Intune & Autopilot
• Azure
• Samsung Knox
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in a second line IT support role
- Strong Windows 11 support skills
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Self-motivated with a positive, enthusiastic approach
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to handle challenging conversations
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Effective organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to produce clear, accurate documentation and instructions
- Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure
- Genuine interest in new technologies and innovation
- Good general education
