You will work closely with colleagues across the Highways Operation Centre, contractors, engineers and partner services to ensure we meet statutory obligations and deliver timely, accurate information. You will also contribute to wider team resilience by supporting seasonal and cross team processes as required.

If you enjoy working with detailed information, solving problems and contributing to service excellence, this role offers the opportunity to develop a strong knowledge base within a growing and dynamic team.

  • Strong communication skills
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Confidence using IT systems and learning new processes
  • The ability to prioritise workloads independently
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • A self motivated approach and willingness to embrace continuous improvement

This role suits someone who enjoys a varied workload and thrives in a busy operational environment.
